Water-Based Activites If you simply want to relax on the riverbed, then bring your rod and cast for salmon and sea trout (known locally as sewin) on legendary rivers like the Tywi, Cothi and Teifi. Morfa Bay Adventure will test the courage of even the most hardened extreme sports fans. For brave-hearted coasteering fans, Morfa Bay located in Pendine is the place to come.
