The centre has level access and hard-surfaced paths with tarmac on main routes (and compacted gravel on minor paths). Low-level viewing windows in some of the hides. Free push wheelchairs and mobility scooters to loan. Advance booking for scooters recommended. Trained assistance dogs only (i.e. Guide dogs). No other dogs permitted. Accessible toilet in the visitor centre. Free car parking on site. Tarmac and gravel surface and reserved bays for disabled visitors

Summer family fun starts on 22 July until 3 September with lots of activities on offer, including pond dipping, dragonfly walks and art and craft sessions.
'In the Pink', a celebration of the centre's 55 Caribbean flamingos and flamingos across the world, is on 29 & 30 July.
The National Mud Festival of Wales, a fantastic chance to celebrate the muddy side of the wetlands, is from 9-10 September.
