LOWRI EDWARDS is a local girl, born and bred in the village of Llanarthne. She is a graduate of Cardiff Institute where she studied for a BA (Hons) Degree in Tourism, Recreation and Leisure Management. Lowri speaks fluently in both English and Welsh and is happy to communicate in both languages.
