Within the new development of the site a limited number of brand new static holiday homes are on sale. There is also a holiday home for hire which sleeps 4-5. This is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, china, pots, pans etc, and a colour TV. The home can be hired by the night or by the week.

There is a laundry room (a coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer), and an iron and ironing board available. There is a chemical disposal point. All these facilities are cleaned and inspected two or three times each day to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained to be enjoyed by all.
