A 19th century stone and slate cottage situated just 200 yards from the Brecon Beacons National Park. A very quiet, and picturesque location, well placed for visiting the beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire, and the gardens of Carmarthenshire. We are near to castles and caves and many tourist attractions. Children and Pers welcome. We can supply you with a Welsh Hamper of local produce, including a meat joint of your choice, Welsh butter and cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit juice, a bottle of wine,loaf of bread and free range eggs.
A popular retreat for guests seeking rest and relaxation or those wanting to explore the Welsh countryside and nearby tourist attractions. Arhosfa Cottage sleeps 4 people, with one double bedroom and one twin bedded room. There is a spacious lounge/diner with sofa and armchairs and a TV with DVD/video. There is a kitchen with full size electric cooker, microwave oven, and full size fridge freezer. We can supply a highchair and cot if required. The downstair bathroom has a full size bath. Towels and linen are provided, and beds are made up for your arrival. The cottage has oil fired central heating, and this is included in the price. The cottage has a car park for two cars, and a courtyard garden.
You can walk onto the Brecon Beacons National Park, just 200 yards from the cottage. The village of Brynaman is just 10mins walk, for village shops, pubs, and our local 1920s cinema. We have a mobile shop that visits three times a week. We are keen on recycling, and have recycling crates for your convenience.
