Bed linen provided. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and walk-in shower. Sitting Room with 3 piece suite, TV, video, radio/CD, large fireplace and views over rolling countryside. Kitchen/Diner fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, and automatic washing machine. Grounds unenclosed garden with garden furniture and views across the valley. Dogs welcome with a maximum of two.

Horses can be hired at Pumsaint (1 mile – where there is a garage, post office and shop) but if you wish to bring your own to enjoy the mountain bridleways and traffic free trails they are welcome. Caio, once the haunt of outlaws nestles at the bottom of a remote steep sided valley on the edge of the Cambrian mountains. The local inn servces good food and drink and a medieval church – reputedly the Roman slaves who mined the gold in the Dolaucothi Gold Mines over 2000 years ago were housed in barracks here – a guided tour of the gold mines operates from the end of May to beginning September. Dinas RSPB Reserve near Llandovery and Llyn Brianne Dam have spectacular views and are a bird watchers and walkers paradise. There is much to discover Carreg Cennan Castle, Talley Abbey, Aberglasney, the National Botanic Garden of Wales, woollen mills and small timeless market towns – Llandeilo, Llandovery and Lampeter.
