Elizabeth and John moved to this idyllic and unspoilt area of Carmarthenshire at the turn of the millennium: 'New Century, New Life', and realised their dream of living in this stunningly historic rural province. They have converted the old Coach House into a special cottage for guests to enjoy throughout the year. The welcome hamper is a delectable gesture of hospitality from your hosts.
The delightful interior has been personally designed by elizabeth to complement the traditional features of this cottage; the focal point of the open-plan living area is the wood-burning stove for cosy late autumn and early winter nights; a spacious and well-equipped kitch, and double French doors open to an extensive decked terrace area with patio seating and gas BBQ - a delightful postion to enjoy your morning coffee or relax and unwind in the evening twilight.
Upstairs, the two charming bedrooms (prepared with freshly laundered linen) have en-suite shower rooms which offer flexible accommodation for either family or friends.
The cottage is surrounded by breathtaking countryside and there are delightful walks from the cottage door and down to the river Teifi. Nearby is the church of St. Lukes with its 6th Century alter stone. The picturesque Georgian village of Aberaeron and Cardigan Bay are only 15 miles away, and the magnificent Aberglasney and National Botanic Gardens are within easy driving distance.
Elizabeth and John look forward to welcoming you to this truly special part of Carmarthenshire.
