Garden Cottage is set right next to the farm house in 34 acres of the wonderful Towy Valley, with views all around. It accommodates six guests very comfortably with all creature comforts designed with more than a touch of luxury in mind. The National Botanic Garden is only 5 minutes away and Aberglasney Garden 10 minutes, National Trust property nearby.Plus lots more to vit for all the family in our county.
Garden Cottage hosts six guests in three bedrooms on the first floor, the main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and en suite shower facility. There is a double room and a twin bedded room which share a large family bathroom which has a shower facility too. The very large lounge is double aspect to East and West the easterly side opening into a lovely dining conservatory, giving beautiful views across the Towy Valley and garden. The hall is spacious with a ground floor toilet and shower. Garden Cottage kitchen/breakfast room is equipped for the cooks in the family, the fridge and freezer are full size, the oven/grill is electric, we have a ceramic hob with a hood and a microwave to support those who wish to cook with little fuss and only want to gaze at the views from the three kitchen windows. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and drier along with the central heating boiler. The garden has a wonderful dining gazebo and there is parking for two cars to the front of the cottage. A small child's play area is available for your use. Private fishing on the Towy River is available in season with a Rivers Authority Licence. Should you wish to bring your horse on holiday with you there is a new stabling complex for five horses. THE COTTAGE COMES WITH ALL LINEN AND TOWELS, MAID SERVICE ON TUESDAYS AND SATURDAYS, A WELCOME HAMPER AND MEMBERSHIP TO OUR LOCAL HEALTH CLUB FOR ALL THE FAMILY.
