Miller's cottage is a very old stone barn which was previously a milking parlour. We have converted it into a relaxing and comfortable cottage with all modern conveniences, but by keeping the stonework and the beams exposed have retained its olde worlde charm and atmosphere.
The cottage sleeps 10 people + cot.

There is a spacious sitting room with wood burning stove in the fireplace, tv /dvd player, radio/cassette/cd player and dining area; an archway leads into the kitchen with all mod cons including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, tumbledryer and family-size gas cooker. The bathroom where there is a washing machine, is on the ground floor including toilet, hand basin and bath with electric shower over and is accessible to wheelchair users - we have a swivel bath chair for their use (on request).
All bed-linen and towels are supplied free of charge. There is a stairgate and a cot and a highchair is available on request.
The cottage is carpeted throughout and is centrally heated; each radiator has its own thermostatic control as well as the cottage thermostat. The oil usage is registered by meter and charged at cost, as is the electricity. Baskets of logs for the stove are available at cost.
On the back lawn there is a barbeque and garden furniture. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee and read the papers whilst the children play in the playground - close enough to keep an eye on them, but not near enough to be noisy!
