Dan y Parc is a 17th century farmhouse, set in 14 acres of wood and farmland in the heart of the Welsh valleys, near the historic market town of Llandovery in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons. The Crychan and Halfway Forests, with their many miles of horse riding, cycling and walking routes are nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Bring your horse on holiday, four large stables are available.

Dan y Parc has itw own delightful woodland walk which, with its natural waterfall, provides a beautiful place in which to sit and relax at any time of the year. Red Kites can often be seen circling overhead.
At Dan y Parc we have two en suite bedrooms, both with tea/coffee making facilities and colour television. We also provide WTRA approved stabling facilities for horses.
The cosy lounge, with its beamed ceiling and wood burning fire, is a comfortable place to relax after a busy day's activity, or you can choose to watch a movie from the large library of DVDs available.
Breakfast is served in our light and spacious dining room. Choose from either a full cooked option, with bacon and sausages supplied from the local Llandovery butcher and our own free range eggs, or continental. Vegetarian, or other special dietary needs? Then let us know. We also serve freshly prepared evening meals on request.
We're very happy to accommodate guests' well behaved dogs - we're dog owners ourselves.
Dan y Parc is ideally situated for touring South, West and Mid Wales. The area has many wonderful attractions for all ages to enjoy, from beaches and gardens to its many historic castles and interesting ruins. The National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney, 'the garden lost in time', are both just a short drive away.
