Ffynnon Rhosfa Farm is a small holding with a 200-year-old farmhouse, eight acres of land and a lake. It has views towards the Black Mountains over open farmland and is and is situated in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Llwynteg.
All the bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated, have colour T.V.and tea and coffee making facilities as has the self catering cottage.
We provide full English breakfast and on request can provide packed lunches .
There are quiet gardens to relax in and ample off road parking.
An ideal place as a base for walking & cycling having several cycle tracks close by to the Gower, the Millennium Coastal path and the Towy valley.
We are 15 minutes drive from the National Botanic Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens and Llanelli Wetlands Park, Pembury Country park is 30 minutes away.
There are two friendly public houses in Llannon, which is approx. 1 mile away by road, or for the more adventurous there is a footpath across the fields. Both pubs have local ales and a wide selection of food on offer, although it is best to book at weekends.
