A tranquil, rural retreat on a small farm offering Bed and Breakfast with comfort, convenience and a warm welcome in the Welsh countryside. Accommodation is in a separate annexe to the farmhouse, with breakfast served in the light, airy farmhouse garden room. We pride ourselves in using locally sourced ingredients together with home-made marmalade and muesli when available. Ideally situated to explore and enjoy the beautiful coastline at Laugharne, including Dylan Thomas' boathouse, Pendine and its glorious sandy beach, and Saundersfoot and Tenby which are the more traditional seaside towns and all within half an hour. Surfing is also possible at Tenby, and for the more experienced Freshwater West is an hour’s drive. A wide range of other attractions all within easy reach, including entertainment for all the family.
A friendly, family Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. Our farm with a small flock of Black Welsh Mountain sheep, retired cows, horses and our free range hens is situated in a peaceful location offering a "get away from it all" break. Conveniently situated for visitors to explore the coastline and the many other experiences, including the National Botanic Garden of Wales or Oakwood theme park for those who enjoy rollercoaster rides. We also offer visitors the opportunity to fish (by arrangement) in our own stretch of the river Cywyn, a short walk across the fields from our farmstead, where you can experience tranquil game fishing. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area and lots of tourist information is available for guests in the garden room. We welcome walkers, cyclists, children and well behaved dogs.
