This former lodge house has been rebuilt and completely renovated to a very high standard as an eco-friendly and allergy-friendly property with three double bedrooms and one bunk-bed bedroom. Two of the double bedrooms have their own en-suite wetrooms, and there is a separate bathroom for the two remaining bedrooms and for those who prefer baths.
The open-plan downstairs area comprises a lobby, large kitchen with all modern amenities including energy efficient dishwasher, washing machine and condenser drier, range cooker, microwave and all the cooking equipment and implements you will need, a WC, and living room with a separate television area (freeview channels available and DVD player with selection of DVD's), table football and a double-sided wood-burning stove in the middle of the room.
There is a garden with views to the hills beyond, slate patio with garden furniture and garden with plants flowering at different times of the year, and with large pond teeming with wildlife, including frogs, newts, fish, water lilies etc.
There is off-road parking for three cars and a locked shed which can accommodate bicycles.
If you are especially interested in walking, cycling, bird-watching, exploring Welsh castles and houses and gardens, you will very much enjoy a stay in this lesser-explored area of Wales.
