About us:
The Hollybrook Country Inn is family run Inn and has been in the same family for the past 12 years. Ray and Jacqui moved to Bronwydd in 1996. Their daughter Gemma joined them in 2004.
Since 1996 the Hollybrook Country Inn has had many renovations with the latest addition being the new 7 bedroom en-suite accomodation which opened in October 2008.
In March 2008 our fantastic 50 Seater 'Brook Restaurant' opened with our new chef's menu. Bookings are advisable as it can get very busy at weekends.
If a la carte is not to your taste then why not join us in the bar for a meal, quiet pint and a chat.
