The Farmhouse is located just outside St Clears near to the local amenities but far enough away to feel secluded. St Clears although only a village has its own well known fish & chip shop, a Chinese Takeaway, an Indian Takeaway, a Pizza Takeaway and several pubs, some of which provide meals for those who do not want to cook.. It also has its own GP Surgery and two chemists. The nearest Hospital is in Carmarthen a 10 minute drive away.
The Farmhouse has recently been modernised and has a new bespoke fitted kitchen with an integrated fridge and dishwasher, a new cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is an indoor rack for airing clothes in the kitchen. A Tumbler dryer, deep freeze and extra fridge are situated in the wash house outside. The kitchen /living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player and CD Player. The lounge also has a flat screen TV and is comfortably furnished for you relaxation. The inside of the house is a no smoking area . Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double and one with twin beds (sleeps six) and one bathroom with electric shower. All the bed linen and towels are provided. A cot is available on request.
