Penlan Isaf is a 240 acre dairy farm overlooking the historical town of Kidwelly with its ancient castle and beautifull old church. Enjoy superb panoramic views across to Gower and the surrounding countryside from the well furnished sunlounge where visitors can relax with a cup of tea and home made cakes. Each bedroom is decorated to the highest standard with TV, tea and coffee tray and hairdryers. The dining room contains many pieces of lovely period furniture where visitors can relax over a tasty Welsh breakfast consisting of local produce and home made preserves. Motor Sports Centre, golf course and Pembrey Country Park and 8 mile stretch of beach are only 3 miles away. We are a good touring base for visiting the National Botanic Garden of Wales at Middleton Hall and Aberglasney Gardens which are only 20 minutes drive away. The Boat House at Laugharne where Dylan Thomas wrote many of his poems is well worth a visit.

There are excellent walks in the area with the walk from Penlan Isaf to Kidwelly Castle being very popular. A variety of local Inns are close by, where excellent bar snacks are available.
