Swallows Nest is a luxurious, and tastefully converted barn positioned around a court yard on Dolau Farm. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, a double and a triple. The downstairs is laid to open plan with a fully equiped kitchen, diner, lounge and downstairs shower room with toilet.
The Cottage is tastefully decorated to a particularly high standard. The front door enters off the courtyard into an open plan room. The flooring is tiled throughout the groud floor with a rug in the lounge area. To your right is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen including, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, full oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Infront of you as you enter is a 6-10 seater yew dining table with upholstered chairs that match the living room suite.
To your left is a lounge with a two seater sofa and three seater sofa, positioned around a coffee table. There is also a tv, dvd, and freeview. A bookcase which has a good selection of books and games has also been thought of.
In the far right of the cottage is a fully equiped shower room with wc and basin. All Towels are supplied.
A high Chair is available upon request.
The 1st floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The stairs are luxuriously carpeted and this carries on into both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and a clock radio. there is a dressing table with tv and freeview, and a hairdryer. Also supplied is a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has 3 single beds, two bedside cabinets with lamps, and a cd clock radio. A wardrobe and dressing table have also been provided.
the bathroom is tastefully decorated in blue with white tiles around the bath and wash basin. the flooring is blue mosaic lino.
the cottage is situated withn a small holding whiach has 7 acres. The field behind the cottage is laid to grass and is kept for football and other sports for children. there is a patio area in the corner of this field underneath the old oak. To the left of this feild is a 'hideout' where there is a rope swing and a small stream for children and adults to enjoy.
Dolau Farm is situated in a small valley approximately 1.5 miles from the small village of Llansteffan.
