Smart fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge/freezer, breakfast table with 3 chairs, Welsh slate floor and recessed lighting. Utility Room automatic washer/drier, Welsh slate floor, round porthole window, door to patio. Sitting/Dining Room with wooden floor, large 4 seater luxury sofa, armchair, footstool, TV, video, oak dining table with 4 leather backed dining chairs and bench seat. ‘Parlour’ a hideaway with original wooden floor, comfy 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, fireplace (not in use) with fire basket.
