This is the ‘Garden of Wales’, a gentle green rolling land of myths and legends with lots to see and do – wooded hills, hidden valleys, wild life galore, lakes romantic ruined castles and abbeys. Dotted with timeless villages, ancient churches and quaint market towns to explore – Llandeilo, Llandovery, Lampeter and Carmarthen. Close by is Aberglasney, Middleton, the National Botanical Garden of Wales, Gelli Aur, Dinefwr Castle with grounds surrounding Newton House and romantic Carreg Cennan Castle. Three bedrooms, all on the first floor, include one double, one twin, and one single, sleeping a maximum of 6 including child’s folding bed. Bedlinen provided. Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath. Smart fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge/freezer, breakfast table with 3 chairs, Welsh slate floor and recessed lighting. Utility Room automatic washer/drier, Welsh slate floor, round porthole window, door to patio. Sitting/Dining Room with wooden floor, large 4 seater luxury sofa, armchair, footstool, TV, video, oak dining table with 4 leather backed dining chairs and bench seat. ‘Parlour’ a hideaway with original wooden floor, comfy 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, fireplace (not in use) with fire basket. Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £25 per week outside these dates. Grounds care with small children please, river runs along edge of large front lawn and access track to neighbouring house borders garden, patio with table and chairs seating 6.
