The cottage is adjoining the main farmhouse which is situated in the quite hamlet of Llwynteg. Access to many of the major attractions within Carmarthenshire are all within ½ to 1 hour drive. With views from the cottage across to the Black Mountain it makes an ideal retreat for a holiday.
The cottage interior is very spacious and on one level, sleeping up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one contains a double bed and one two singles. Both bedrooms are en-suite and also have their own T/V plus coffee/ tea making facilities, linen and towels are provided. All beds are ready made for your arrival. The cottage has a spacious living room with a colour TV/DVD plus music centre it also has a bed settee. There is a shower room and utility room off the lounge. The shower room has a bath/shower, wash hand basin and WC and the utility room has a washing machine and airing cupboard.
The kitchen contains an electric cooker, cooker hood, refrigerator and a microwave. The cottage overlooks the beautiful countryside and lake with uninterrupted views to the Black Mountain. The parking area is adjacent to the cottage. There is a barbecue area provided and access to the rest of the 8 acres. Dogs are allowed but on leads in the fields please due to our animals grazing.
The location makes it ideal for the Celtic Trail cycle path to Llanelli's coastal park, National Botanical Gardens, playing golf, fishing and touring holidays or simply to enjoy a relaxing country holiday, with plenty of space for children to play.
